You're Hired!

After reading Lifehacker, my strengths and weaknesses in an interview situation would be good and bad.
My strengths are to be polite, good manners, eye contact, hands in lap, and dress approprately.
My weaknesses is that I'm not really good at communicating, i've gotten better over the years but i'm not really good at keeping a conversation going. Over all I know I can do it, and just stay positive and have good manners then anybody could do it.

Well i'd get a Smart Board, I think all the students would be so interested in the visual.
Being able to see whats going on, and being able to get involved in the activities is so much fun!
Better learning experience and  more entertaining.
